Welcome I’m Helen Gibbs — mentor, counsellor, guide, teacher, and lifelong seeker.
A survivor of narcissistic abuse, breast cancer, and many of life’s difficult chapters, I walk the path of the wise crone — grounded in lived experience, deep compassion, and truth.
My work is for those who feel life deeply: sensitive souls, empaths, introverts, and those moving through trauma, emotional overwhelm, or major transitions — including the often‑overlooked shifts of midlife and menopause.
While much of my work is with women, I also support men who are ready for a deeper, more honest approach.

My approach sits outside traditional therapy models. I don’t tell you what to do, but I’ll often make gentle, grounded suggestions to help you find your own path.
For me, my role is about listening deeply, helping you reconnect with your own inner wisdom, and holding a space where real healing can unfold. I see therapy as a collaboration, an honest meeting between two humans. Together, we explore what’s holding you back, what wants to emerge, and how you can move through challenges with more clarity, self‑trust, and compassion.
My work is real, intuitive, and responsive - it grows and shifts as you do. Some days it’s softly reflective, other days it’s practical and focused. Always, it’s about supporting you to reconnect with your truth and move toward a life that feels more authentic and grounded.
My counselling is entirely client focused, with my intuition guiding each interaction to meet their unique needs. Many of my clients appreciate my proactive approach, where I offer feedback, suggestions and alternatives to help shift negative self-talk into more empowering language.

Tapping, also known as Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), is a gentle yet powerful way to release emotional distress, trauma, pain, fears, negative habits, and so much more.
As your mentor, I’m here to support and guide you, sharing my knowledge, skills, and experiences in a way that feels intuitive and empowering. When it feels right, I may also share parts of my own healing journey - what has supported me, what I’ve learned - so you can find what resonates for you.
