My approach blends counselling, EFT tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique), and gentle wellbeing guidance to help you make sense of what you’re feeling - emotionally, mentally, and physically. Together, we’ll work through what’s been holding you back, so you can feel lighter, clearer, and more at peace.

Over the years, I’ve supported people through anxiety, burnout, health challenges, grief, and life transitions. My work is rooted in empathy, experience, and a belief that healing doesn’t come from “fixing” yourself, but from learning to meet what’s here with compassion and understanding. And just so you know - there is depth to my work. I don't offer sticking plasters, just real, honest feedback to help you heal and move forwards.

Counselling

I am a deeply experienced therapist with over 20 years of professional work, including in the Mental Health sector. My training in Humanistic Counselling at Chichester University. shaped my belief in the inherent worth and potential within each of us. This approach recognises our natural capacity for growth and change, encouraging self-awareness, self-responsibility and the empowerment to live authentically.

My counselling is entirely client focused, with my intuition guiding each interaction to meet their unique needs. Many of my clients appreciate my proactive approach, where I offer feedback, suggestions and alternatives to help shift negative self-talk into more empowering language.

I'm not here to tell anyone what to do, but we all need a little guidance sometimes - especially when we feel completely stuck. My role is to help you find your way forward.

EFT - Emotional Freedom Technique

Tapping (EFT) – A Powerful Tool for Emotional Freedom and Positive EFT.

Tapping, also known as Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), is a gentle yet powerful way to release emotional distress, trauma, pain, fears, negative habits, and so much more. As a modern-day therapy rooted in Energy Psychology, it allows us to access the mind and energy body - where past experiences and emotions are often stored - so that we can gently clear what no longer serves us.

Think of EFT as acupuncture without needles. By tapping on specific meridian points, we help dissolve energetic blockages, bringing relief from emotional and physical burdens while restoring balance and calm.

As an Advanced and Accredited Practitioner with EFT International, I use EFT both personally and professionally, witnessing its profound impact time and time again. If you're curious about how tapping could support you, I’d love to share more.

Coaching and Mentoring

While my core qualification is in counselling, my sessions are more than just traditional talk therapy - they’re a collaborative and conversational space where we blend deep exploration with practical guidance. I naturally weave in elements of teaching and coaching, offering tools like worksheets if they align with your learning style.


As your mentor, I’m here to support and guide you, sharing my knowledge, skills, and experiences in a way that feels intuitive and empowering. When it feels right, I may also share parts of my own healing journey - what has supported me, what I’ve learned - so you can find what resonates for you.


I bring a wide range of tools to our work together, and sometimes, the journey unfolds into something deeply spiritual.


Having my own mentor has been a transformative experience - helping me build confidence, develop self-awareness, strengthen my abilities, and deepen my understanding of myself. I know firsthand the power of having someone walk alongside you, and I’d love to offer that same support for you.
